With a frame that challenges the possible, thanks to a new carbon fibre - Carbon DIALEAD™ - this super-light carbon frame and fork is matched perfectly with a Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 drivetrain for reliable and lightning-quick shifting performance.

A new carbon fibre, DIALEAD™ is produced by Mitsubishi Japan. These fibres are formed from a material called PITCH, which is obtained from hydrocarbon fossils. This type of fibre has a high degree of purity and an ultra-high modulus. DIALEAD™, therefore, has a higher compression of the fibres and better orientation, which enables the creation of ultra-light and ultra-resistant products, such as Zero.6.
To achieve greater riding stability and aerodynamic efficiency, Wilier Triestina’s technicians focused their attention and research on the front end of the frame. By repositioning the downtube and the top tube with respect to the headtube, the headtube’s height virtually increases. The resulting virtual increase increases torsional stiffness by 14% over the same size frame in the previous version of the Zero.7.
With this new configuration, the downtube seamlessly integrates with the crown of the fork and generates an aerodynamic profile that reduces drag. The fork’s legs boast the same aerodynamic features as the TwinBlade and Cento1AIR models. The fork’s brake hole is hidden by the downtube which keeps it clean and well protected. The resulting new design also gives the front end improved aesthetics with simple, harmonious lines.
The details make the difference and little things can make a huge difference. This is why Wilier's technicians haven’t neglected any of area in the new integrated cable system. The plate through which the rear brake cable enters the top tube has been redesigned to permit passage of electronic wires if running an electronic group. This 2-in-1 plate is minimal, almost negligible in weight, and cleanly integrated into the frame. The same applies to the shifter cables (the front and rear derailleur in the mechanical version), which enter through a tiny plate on the downtube.

Wilier was born in 1906 thanks to the brilliant idea of a trader from Bassano, Pietro Dal Molin, of building bicycles on his own account. His forge or "Steel horses" rose as a small workshop along the banks of the river Brenta, at Bassano del Grappa, and it became more and more successful by keeping up with the increasing demand for bicycles.
The size chart below will get you on the right size bike. Experienced riders may also wish to refer to the geometry chart for more detail.
Getting the Right Fit
At Wiggle we measure each of our bikes to build accurate size charts for our customers. Our qualified team of mechanics then individually check each order, against measurements supplied by you, to ensure the size chosen is correct. Another reason you can have complete confidence when buying a bike from Wiggle!
If you are on the change over between sizes both options will fit. Racers and experienced riders would usually select a smaller size as this offers quicker handing. A larger bike offers more stability and is more suited to new and intermediate riders.
