The Zenium is loaded with great features. Firstly, the carbon frame is UCI-certified so you could, with a bit of training, race it in the Tour de France. Front and rear bolt-thru axles keep the handling predictable and contribute to the responsive feel and efficiency, especially when you are out of the saddle and working hard up the climbs. Dropped seat stays complete the modern look and allows for a touch more comfort through the seatpost on those longer rides. Disc brakes not only equip you with precise control but allow the frame to afford wider tyre clearance of up to 32mm. This Zenium CRS model is finished with Shimano’s well-proven Ultegra mechanical groupset, so you can trust that the gear shifting will be smooth and reliable. Cables are routed internally through a neat port in the downtube, protecting them from dirt and prolonging the performance of the components.

About the Vitus brand

First emerging as a frame builder in 1970s France, Vitus Bikes played a pivotal role in pioneering the design and manufacture of lugged and bonded aluminium frames, the most iconic being the 979, groundbreaking at the time and still prized among collectors today. In 1982 we engineered and developed the 979 Carbone, one of the very first frames to take carbon fibre technology from the aerospace industry and apply it to bikes.
