Vitus Rapide FS CRX Mountain Bike (2021)

The Vitus Rapide FS CRX Mountain Bike is a superb short-travel full-suspension bike for cross-country racing and rapid trail riding with a full-carbon frameset, RockShox suspension, a Shimano XT 1x12 groupset and DT Swiss X1700 wheels.

This full-suspension bike features a full-carbon frame that's equipped with RockShox SID suspension front and rear, a Shimano XT 12-Speed drivetrain with a wide-ranging 10-51T cassette and hydraulic disc brakes. Also, this bike rolls upon DT Swiss X1700 Spline wheels wrapped in Maxxis Rekon Race EXO Tubeless Ready tyres.

Shimano 1x12 speed XT drivetrain is crisp and reliable ensuring you get the shift you need, with the powerful Shimano M8100 XT brakes. Acceleration and control are offered by DT Swiss X1700 wheels and Maxxis Rekon Race tyres. Finishing this setup off is the Ritchey WCS components.

About the Vitus brand

First emerging as a frame builder in 1970s France, Vitus Bikes played a pivotal role in pioneering the design and manufacture of lugged and bonded aluminium frames, the most iconic being the 979, groundbreaking at the time and still prized among collectors today.
