We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.

Upper or Lower

I am going to be hanging three road bikse on the Topeak Dual Touch Bike Stand. The stand comes with two brackets and I will be buying another bracket. With three bikes I presume that I will be using the full length of the rack. Now do I buy an extra upper or lower backet? There does not appear to be any indication of which to buy. Thanks Steve

The additional bracket will mean the 3rd bike will need to be mounted on the other side of the stand. So we would go for a lower one.

Will this work in a shed or only for use with a flat ceiling?

Looking at bike rack options for use in a garden shed I plan to put up.

It looks like I have only purchased the top(upper) bracket for the Topeak Bike stand when the picture shows the whole stand. How do I go about purchasing the whole stand and lower bracket?

2 adult and 1 child bike - upper or lower bracket?

I will be usiong the full height of the extended stand to place two adult and one child bike on the stand. Do I need an upper or lower bracket? Also - does the stand come with handlebar hooks?

You'd struggle to get anything more than two adult bikes onto this, even with the (sold separately) third bracket.

You can use the stand with only a single bike attached so yes you can order only the lower bracket and still use the stand.
