Tailwind’s Rebuild Recovery Drink are served in individual 27g portions which are easy to transport and easily mix into water to create a great tasting, healthy, vegan and restorative drink. Unlike other post workout protein drinks the Tailwind’s Rebuild uses perfectly complete protein which are created from organic rice protein and supplemented with amino acids. This ensures the protein is vegan friendly and is best designed to provide you with the results you need.
Also added to the drink are carbohydrates for energy, some healthy fats from coconut milk, and just the right amount of electrolytes. These ingredients blend to create a powerful mix that can truly restore you after an intense training session.
For best results consume 45-60 minutes after strenuous exercises when your body is most receptive to recovery with your muscles primed to replenish their glycogen stores to repair with protein.
