Features
Most realistic road feel for training and warming up
Profiled rollers make it easy to ride
Very smooth action
Sliding frame for easy transportation

Speed and Suppleness
Riding on ‘the Tacx’ is a relatively easy way to up your track pace and make your muscles more supple. This makes for completely natural movements. You keep pedaling from the hips, just as you would on the road or track. A high pedaling frequency, that is needed for the right feeling in the legs, is also possible.

These revolutionary Tacx rollers move with the rider. You can make sprints, stretch your legs and stand on the pedals without having to be afraid to fall. You can move more freely, because training on the Galaxia approaches the natural feeling of the road.

Thanks to the kinetic energy that is created during accelerating, the trainer moves forward. When slowing down, the trainer moves backward again. This invention is so unique that is has been patented by Tacx. The Galaxia ‘swing system’ might look a little unsteady at first sight, but it has the opposite effect: thanks to this novelty the rider can stay on the rollers more easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TracyG from Love it! (despite the bruises!) Having never used rollers before and not really wanting a turbo, I researched and read a stackful of reviews. I'm so glad I bought these. They arrived in double quick time, were easy to assemble, are really sturdy and I'm almost to the point of having fun with them hahaha. For newbies, like me, despite having a doorframe to hold on to for dear life, session one had me falling off a lot. By session five I could let go for 20 or 30 seconds at a time. Now (session nine), I only need the door frame to get going and for a bit of assistance now and again. For the vast majority of the time, I'm free! You definitly need confidence and a bit of concentration, but the bumps and bruises are worth it. I also work hard on them because the floor needs a mop afterwards. An excellent purchase and very much recommend them (and Wiggle!)

Rated 5 out of 5 by bossmoss123 from Very well built and excellent instructions Love these rollers not too noisy best to have a matt under. Also like the rocking motion with a bit of practice you can rise out of the saddle. Haven’t tried any other rollers Only turbo which found personally boring.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jinggang14 from Perfect for the job This Tacx roller is perfect for the job, it’s not very noisy and comfortable to ride especially with the new roller design. I used to have the first generation of Tacx rollers back in the 80’s. That unit lasted for a very long time! I made many kilometres on it, during the wet seasons. It’s logical I will stick to this brand! I suggest it to anyone, but practice in your door post first! For me it’s the best workout, and closest to road conditions, sorry I am old school! Thanks Wiggle!

I'm deciding between tacx Galaxia or antares, i will mostly be on laminate flooring, but how do the rockers on the galaxia cope on carpet?

Asked by: CDon11
The Galaxia would be more suited to carpet compared to wood laminate flooring as this would present a low-grip surface which may compromise the stability whilst using the trainer.

does it work noisy?

If its working too noisy how we can decrease the level of sound?
Asked by: Mert1
These will generate a small amount of noise but if this has got to a level you feel is excessively loud then it may be worth checking the rollers to see if a bearing requires replacing.
