The Force 22 WiFLi 11 Speed Rear Mech retains the high-quality Exact Actuation™ shifting as seen on the standard Force mech, but lengthens the cage and alters the geometry to accommodate an 11-32T cassette.
|Rear Derailleur:||SRAM Force 22|
Featuring cutting-edge materials such as a carbon fibre outer and mid cage and a magnesium inner link, the WiFLi rear mech tips the scales at a mere 190g. It’s wide range of adjustment and large cassette capacity makes it suitable for all types of riding, including epic climbs in the mountains and the muddiest cyclocross courses.
Exact Actuation™: When SRAM launched its road technology from scratch it reapplied its MTB proven SRAM 1:1 actuation ratio (shifter cable travel: derailleur movement) for 11 speed rear shifting. EA helps to simplify/stabilise the uneasy act of balancing rear derailleur hanger design, tight cog spacing and exact cable tension. The result: the easiest index shifting system to set up and it stays that way.
WiFLi™: Wider - Faster - Lighter, SRAM's WiFLi™ Technology is based on the compact 2 x 11 - two front chainrings and 11 gears in the rear - design inherent in SRAM Apex and Rival, which delivers a wider range of gears than your standard triple, faster shifts through two chainrings and 11 gears, and with significant weight savings. It's the newest technology from the company that continues to innovate the cycling experience.

SRAM Corporation was founded in Chicago, IL (USA) in 1987 by six employees with one component, Gripshift Twist Shifters. Today, SRAM’s commitment and growth can be measured by its 1,500 employees, its 150+ cycling products, and it’s 12 facilities worldwide. SRAM has found tremendous growth through innovative products, unparallel customer service, strong sales, and complimentary acquisitions. SRAM acquisitions include Sachs Bicycle Components, purchased in 1997, a leading manufacturer of chains, cassettes and hubs. In 2002 SRAM purchased RockShox, the world’s mountain bike suspension specialist. 2004 brought the purchase of both Avid brakes and Truvativ cranks and components. The addition of these companies has allowed SRAM to grow into the world’s second largest component supplier to the cycling industry. SRAM's core philosophy is to make cycling better. Their commitment is expressed in their local, national and international team and event sponsorship.
