Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth paying the extra for. Worked for me on a BB twenty years unmoved. one negative; No square drive so unable to use a torque wrench(unless one invests in a 32mm socket). Tip; Use a crank bolt with a big washer, if possible, loosely tightened, to keep the tool engaged in the splines while levering on the big spanner. But did I mention the 32mm socket! ;-)

I purchased this tool to fit a Shimano BB UN-26 on an Avanti Monza but it doesn't fit (inner diameter doesn't fit over BB), what tool would fit?

As I can't remove the BB, I am guessing it is a BB UN-26 based on the 2008 Avanti specifications. If you can, are you also able to tell me what the next generation of this BB is for a replacement?

This product is the same fitting as the Cyclus Bottom bracket tool Shimano. If you are unsure about the required tool you should ask a mechanic in your local area to confirm before trying to remove the bottom bracket.

The current Tiagra chainset uses external bottom brackets so this would not work sadly. For the current set up you will need the following tool.

Can you suggest a tool for removing what I think scan fsa bb

I have a cannondale caad8. The crank arms are fsa so I assume the bb is the same. This tool looks like it should fit but the internal diameter is not quite large enough to fit over the crank. Can you suggest a tool that will fit
