The Science in Sport GO Energy Bakes come with a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio, delivering 30g of carbohydrates and 10g of fructose. Delivering additional carbohydrate during exercise has been proven to improve performance, race times and delay the onset of fatigue.
The bars have a baked exterior, providing something akin to a cake/biscuit, with a gooey fruity centre. Sweet and delicious the bars make an excellent alternative to energy gels and drinks, providing an easily digestible format to stay energised.

For best results consume 1-2 bars per hour during prolonged exercise.
