It's not just protection though, the Vegas deal with perspiration exceptionally well too, so even if the day warms or you ratchet up the speed you won't be overwhelmed with moisture inside.
Inside the tights is Santini's GILEvo gel-core chamois designed specifically for women. Rated for comfort on rides of up to 6 hours in duration, the gel core absorbs shocks and vibrations while offering impressive support for the sit bones. With a new carved construction process, Santini have also achieved a seamless design leading to both a reduction in weight, improved flexibility and an increase in softness of the padding.
