Super Carbs is a high-performance energy drink in the form of maltodextrin and fructose, delivering 80g of carbohydrate per 500ml.
Designed to be mixed with water and consumed like a regular energy drink, Super Carbs delivers double the amount of carbohydrate as a regular energy drink and is recommended when exercising in cool conditions and during intense exercise with high energy expenditure.
Research has shown that more carbohydrate (up to 90g per hour) can be absorbed and delivered to working muscles when using a multiple energy substrate compared to using maltodextrin alone.
