With a choice of four natural flavours, it provides a refreshing taste that is easy to consume anytime during your workout. Also pH neutral, they are kind to the stomach, eliminating many issues associated with sports nutrition.
Two scoops easily mixes with 500ml of water and provides you with 40g of carbohydrates, enough energy for 40-60 minutes of moderate to intense exercise.
