The Northwave Rebel off-road shoes offer high performance and durability for the toughest cross-country mountain bike trails and they look amazing too
|Cycle Shoe Type:||Two Bolt|
|Cycle Shoe Closing:||Dial|
The Northwave Rebel off-road shoes were created for demanding riders who want effective power transfer, glove-like comfort and extreme style all in one package. The unique BioMap unibody construction upper surrounds the foot, holding it securely, minimizing pressure points and limiting energy loss to the pedals. A double SLW2 dial allows micrometric adjustment on-the-fly so the shoe really will fit like it was made for you.
Strike-points around the heel, toe and sides of the shoe are protected with TPU thermo-welded reinforcements so you don't need to worry about scuff damage when you're shredding the trails. The Carbon XC 12 Sole has a full-carbon insert in the pedal area and a stiffness index of 12.0 for efficient power transfer on the pedals and TPU inserts in the sole provide added traction and durability off the bike.
Whether you like to get lost out on the trails for hours or enjoy the thrill of cross-country racing, the Northwave Rebel off-road shoes are a great choice.
SLW2 Closure System - Maximum precision and usability- the side button offers dual functionality: press the button for micro-metric release, or lift the button to instantly undo the shoe completely.
The ergonomic shape of the ratchet base matches the shape of the foot for added comfort, while the size and minimised weight plus the outer soft-touch covering make it easier and better to grip. It features wires that harness the best technologies used in sailing and can be easily replaced using the spare parts kit.
BioMap - Your energy is precious, never waste it - This is why Northwave shoes are designed with BioMap technology. Northwave soles, uppers and all their components are anatomically compatible with every cyclist’s feet and are designed to keep the foot in the right position while pedalling, transmitting power directly to the pedals without wasting any energy.
