The Michelin Power Endurance tyre is dedicated to helping you go faster and further.
A new compound specifically developed to increase the wear rate of the tyre means less stopping for repairs. Importantly the new compound does not compromise on efficiency giving some impressive gains over Michelin's Pro4 Endurance tyre.
These gains equate to 8.6 watts less rolling resistance, and a 20% increase in it's resistance to punctures.
Along with the other tyres in the Power range, the Endurance is disc brake ready.
The Michelin tyres saga begins 1891, with the invention of the first demountable tyre for bicycles. Over the ensuing years, Michelin has never stopped technological innovations for bicycles, such as the first flexible-bead clincher in 1978, the first tyre with a high-density carcass in 1983, and the first tyre with a high-performance silica rubber compound in 1995. In 2000, Michelin introduced the first tubeless tyre for mountain bikes, and has been testing tubeless road tyres in competition since 2003.
