The Drink Mix 160 is formulated on hydrogel technology – simply add water to create a liquid sports drink which contains a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. This is a powerful formula which is quickly absorbed to release powerful energy that can keep you powering on longer and stronger.
Energy Levels
Studies have shown that the body can make use of up to 90g of carbohydrate per hour. One Drink Mix, when mixed with water, contains 40g of carbohydrate.
Directions for Use
Mix the content of each sachet with 500ml of water and shake well until the mix is dissolved. It is important to get the ratio right for the hydrogel technology to work. Consume the sports drink minutes before, during, and or directly after activity.
Athletes have always struggled to fuel their bodies. By the 1960s, scientists realized that drinking carbohydrate solutions during exercise increased performance.
