External circlips / snap rings attach to the outside of a central spindle / axle. The Jaws open outwards as the handles are pressed to open the circlip fitting. Essential for advanced cycle maintenance and refurbishment.
Note - these are a fine tip circlip plier and so the tips are delicate. Use the pliers on circlips that are specific to fine tip pliers.
