This high-quality MTB tyre features a Dual Tread compound that combines a fast-rolling centre compound with a good gripping shoulder compound. Thanks to this combination, it's extremely predictable and delivers confidence-inspiring handling in all conditions. Its versatile tread design also gives it fast-rolling performance as well as excellent cornering and braking traction in both wet and dry terrain conditions. Technologies:
SCT (SCT): Tubeless and tough Kenda Sidewall Casing Technology (SCT) is the modification of existing Kenda tyre construction methods. By adding an additional sheet of Nylon fabric across the sidewall of the tyre, from bead up to tread block, it results in the optimization of the tyre construction for fluid-based tubeless conversion systems. Additionally, the SCT construction increases the structural strength of sidewalls; bolstering resistance to slices and abrasions, helping reduce the chance of catastrophic damage that fluid sealants cannot seal.
Tubeless Race (TR): Tubeless Race is the lightest tubeless-ready version tyre Kenda offers. Utilizing a modified bead shape for better tubeless sealing and performance while offering the lightest sidewall available. When it’s race day, make it Tubeless Race.
EMC (EMC): Powerful and strong the E-Mountain Casing (EMC) is the first tyre casing on the market specially designed to meet the requirements of e-mountain bikes. Thanks to reinforced sheets of woven fabric across the sidewalls and an additional layer of puncture protection under the tread, every tyre built with the EMC casing is more durable and provides more control and grip than any other standard MTB standard tyre. All tyres built using the EMC casing are also certified to the European ECE-R75 regulatory standard and approved for usage on e-bikes with motor-assisted speeds up to 50 km/h
