Previously known as High5 IsoGel the Energy Gel Aqua gels are great before or after exercise to boost energy and with the Isotonic formula, they'll be quick to act. The isotonic formula allows for quick absorption without dehydration, and with its drink like consistency, it's like a nice sports drink shot just when you need it. The classic sachet with a rip-off top makes it ideal on the move so you'll always fuelled for the ride.
Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.
