If you have an accident and your helmet is damaged, you are able to return your damaged helmet to the crash replacement team at Endura who will supply you with a replacement model for 50% off RRP.

To benefit from this you would need to be able to prove:

  • That you are able to send Endura Ltd the damaged helmet and provide proof of purchase to establish that the helmet was purchased within the European Community from an Endura Authorised Dealer
  • That the date of purchase was not more than 3 years prior to the date of submission for a replacement helmet via the scheme
  • That you are able to provide details of the incident that caused the damage to the helmet. Note that where there has been abuse of the helmet, e.g. driving over the helmet or leaving helmet next to a fire etc the helmet will not be eligible for replacement under the scheme as the scheme has been established specifically to cover for crashes. 

How to arrange to replace your helmet via the Endura Helmet Crash Replacement Scheme:

Send the helmet, a copy of the proof of purchase and a letter of explanation as to the crash that caused the damage to your helmet to the address detailed below with the return number marked on the front of the package.
