Doddle Returns

Wiggle has partnered with Doddle to provide returns on purchases that aren’t quite right.

To return an item to us please follow our usual returns procedure here.

How does it work?

  • Doddle stores are open from early until late, 7 days a week
  • Simply take your parcel to your local Doddle store and Doddle’s friendly parcelistas will do the rest
  • There’s no need to print an address label, we’ll do that for you too!

Only orders that meet the following conditions may be returned using Doddle

  • When returning with Doddle please ensure you have printed your Wiggle returns slip and secured it inside your return parcel
  • Where possible please use the original packaging to return an item, but don’t worry if you have thrown it away, you can purchase packaging from any Doddle store.
  • Maximum Weight: 16kg
  • Maximum combined dimensions of 150cm (e.g 60cmx50cmx40cm) or a maximum length or 120cm.

How much?

The price for this service will be stated at the final stage of generating a return within your Wiggle account.

How long?

Returns take up to 4 days to arrive back with us.


Parcels that do not adhere to the above four points will be rejected at the Doddle collection point.
