*If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Wiggle strongly advises against deliveries to be made to hotels, workplaces or multiple occupancy premises, or third party couriers. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel, workplace or multiple occupancy premises or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that Wiggle cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the above, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.

Deliveries can take place between 09:00 and 20:00.

Please note due to the upcoming May Bank Holiday, our next day delivery option will be switched off at 2pm on Saturday 23/05. This service will resume on Monday 25/05 at 9am.

We can confirm that you are able to amend your delivery options with Hermes. 

All you need to do is follow the below link, add your tracking number and press "track".  
 
 
You can then click on “Change delivery preferences” and confirm your delivery post code. 
 
Once you have entered your post code you will be given the following options: 
 
- Safe place location 
- Preferred neighbour


This will allow Hermes to deliver your parcel without you being at home to sign for it.

We offer free standard delivery to UK addresses , as long as your total basket value is greater than £16. Orders less than £16 will incur a £2.99 delivery charge.

How do I select free delivery?

You can select your delivery options during the checkout process.

Will I receive my order sooner if I pay for delivery?

Yes, we process orders that have selected for priority or next day delivery first.

Will I get free delivery on a bike order?

Delivery to all UK addresses is  free. To find out more see our UK Bike Delivery page.

What if I want some items to arrive quickly?

You can opt for priority delivery in the normal way and we will send your order as soon as we can.

All electronic devices delivered by Wiggle come with a UK plug only. Please note that you will need to have an adapter in order to be able to use your electronic device with another European plug. If an electronic device is not delivered with a UK plug this information will be explicitly stated in the product description.

As a conscientious online sports retailer, we know that it’s important to support our environmental goals. As part of our push to operate in a more green and sustainable way, Wiggle has achieved the ISO 14001 certification for environmental management, meaning that we are taking active measures to minimise how we negatively affect the environment with how we operate and adhere to strict criteria when it comes to goals like sustainability and waste management.

As part of this, we have made a conscious effort to reduce the amount of paper and ink that we needlessly use in our warehouse so from 23rd October, we will not be including paper invoices in the majority of our parcels. This will of course not affect any paperwork that is needed for customs clearance, nor will it affect your ability to request an invoice should you need it. However, it will help to save around 6,000,000 sheets of paper per year and mean that we are continually pushing to reduce our environmental impact as a company.

What does 6,000,000 sheets of paper look like?

  • Laid out flat, it would cover an area the size of 52 football pitches!
  • Weighs in at around the same a 6 African elephants!
  • Stacked on top of each other, would be nearly twice the height of the Eiffel tower in Paris!
