How to Return

How to Return

To return unwanted items, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account
  2. Find the order that includes the item you want to return and click the ‘Return Item’ button or select Make a return and find your order.
  3. Select the items from your order you wish to return, along with the reason for return
  4. Select the returns service you wish to use for return
  5. If there is a charge, securely pay for return (please note there may be a delivery charge for returning certain items)
  6. Print your return label and return form (you can print this later using the email we send you)
  7. Insert the return form in your return package with the items you're returning
  8. Attached the return label to your box and send back to Wiggle

If you are returning a bike you will need to package the bike as it was received in the original box, we can provide a new box at a cost of £25 (including VAT).

If you are returning a bulky item (such as a bike) you must either arrange a courier at your own expense to deliver the item to our warehouse or you can also arrange for collection from your address using our collection service.

Here at Wiggle we want to make things as simple as possible which is why we offer an optional collection service for larger items.

Please contact us with the following details to arrange a collection:

  • Your full name and collection address including postcode
  • Order number and confirmation of which product is coming back to us
  • Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)
  • A contact number in case the driver needs to get in touch

Where you ask us to collect the goods from you we charge a fee of £20 that will need to be paid at the time of booking the collection. This fee will be waived if your item is faulty or if you have received the wrong product. This service is optional.

Please place a copy of your order ID within the box ready to be sent back to us.

Returned goods should be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days, beginning with the day after you have collected/received the Equipment under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel your order within that period by giving written notice to your employer or scheme provider.

The Equipment you have received, should not be used and should be keep safe.  (Legal action may be taken against you if you do not take proper care of the Equipment.)

On receiving the cancellation notice from you, the Employer will send you a written request, requiring you to return the Equipment in satisfactory condition to Wiggle within 10 Business Days of the date of the written request.

If a salary reduction has been applied under the agreement by the date you cancel the agreement, the Employer will include the value of the salary reduction made in your gross salary, at a future date your salary is due to be paid.

If you change your mind on your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for an exchange subject to some exclusions set out below. All goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

There are some exclusions to the 30 days, which are detailed below (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Products received over 30 days ago
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products returned in an unsatisfactory condition

Please note, that we reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

Returned items will be checked by one of our specialists to ensure they meet the criteria set out in this Returns policy. Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns policy we will be unable to process an exchange. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Returns

Faulty Returns

Faulty items are not included in our 30 day return policy as they can be sent back to us at any time. Items sent back to us will undergo an inspection and, in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault.

All goods purchased from Wiggle are normally covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which, generally speaking, will cover manufacturing faults and defects including poor workmanship. We will always honour the manufacturer's warranty where applicable (these are normally one year).

If you feel that your purchase has developed a fault, then please contact us with photographs of the issue before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.

We will then get in contact with you for the next steps in completing your claim.

If you have received an item that is damaged, not what you ordered, or is missing parts please contact us with photographs of the issue before returning any goods - we may be able to solve your problem without you incurring any postage costs.
