Key to the protective performance of the Manifest is the Spherical Technology powered by MIPS®. Developed in Giro’s test lab in partnership with MIPS®, this Spherical Technology allows the outer liner to rotate around the inner liner during a crash and eliminates contact with a hard-plastic slip-plane against the skin. This redirects impact forces to reduce the effect on the brain, boosting protection. This is also complemented by Giro's progressive layering. This sees dual-density foam liners designed to combat impacts at both low and high speeds. So in tight twisty situations or fast and flowing trails, you have comprehensive crash protection.
Wind Tunnel™ Ventilation
With confidence high, you'll be pushing your mountain biking further and faster. Here you'll appreciate the superb ventilation afforded by the Wind Tunnel™ vents and internal channelling. Keeping cool when the heat is on isn't an issue with this turbo-charged lid. Despite the copious amount of vents, strength isn't compromised either, the unique AURA reinforcing arch boosting structural integrity.
