Developed with and ridden by Dan and Gee Atherton, the Endura MT500 Burner Pants are ready to hit DH trails and races hard and fast. But they're just as at home on your local trails as you rip around with friends.
The mountain bike race circuit puts huge demands on riders and kit and it's the ultimate real-world testing ground when creating new apparel. With design input and development with the Athertons, the MT500 Burner Pants deliver an outstanding riding pant for downhill, enduro and trail use.
4-way stretch fabric gives maximum freedom of movement. No matter how dynamic you are on the bike or wild you get whipping the back end out the MT500 pants work to provide zero restriction as you ride. The high stretch crotch and rear panels move with you staying as flexible as possible. A tough seat panel for wear resistance and the inevitable odd buzz from the rear tyre on the steeps provides excellent durability. While the contemporary fit is race-ready slim, a direct result of current racers needs, it's also knee pad friendly, letting you pad up without fear of feeling restricted on the bike. And that slim fit means less flappy fabric to slow you down too.
With a zipped fly, velcro waist adjusters and a ratchet waist adjuster to keep them secure and zipped hand pockets these have all the features you need. Clickfast liner compatibility ensures lets you add a padded liner for all-day comfort and suitability for longer rides and Enduro use.
Endura was founded in Scotland in 1993 with a no-nonsense commitment to advancing the performance and function of cycle apparel for all. As a maverick brand, it immediately launched a host of novel and challenging products that have gone on to earn iconic status globally and in many cases reset the benchmark of function and durability for the industry. This philosophy and disruptive innovation has carried the brand from Scottish local hero to global market leader. At Endura they never take the easy route – never complacent, always thinking about the next part of the journey.
