The Dainese Enduro Knee Guards 2 feature a hybrid construction, mixing rigid ABS protection over the most vulnerable areas with Pro Armor soft protectors elsewhere to keep protection levels high, bulk low and flexibility optimised.
When you're mountain biking, be it racing at Enduro World Series or your local trails, you don't want to feel held back by your kit. But when you're pushing the envelope of grip and skill you want to have reliable protection too. And this is where the Enduro Knee Guards 2 come in.
Key areas of the pads, over the knee cap and upper shin, are engineered with durable and impact-resistant ABS protectors. Meanwhile less vulnerable areas benefit from the extra flexibility of Pro-armour protection, offering coverage of areas more prone injury in sliding falls rather than direct impacts. Three Crash Absorb pads on the inner section are most welcome to avoid bumps and bruises from frame impacts during a crash.
When it comes to flexibility, the Enduros excel too. Designed around the anatomy of the knee, they offer the freedom of movement you need for easy pedalling and for all-day mountain biking comfort. Highly breathable Airnet fabrics and mesh zones ensure you don't get hot and sweaty from shredding and the Calf power strap keeps the pads perfectly in place.
The choice of those who are always looking for impossible lines to be drawn. Now you can, safely.
ENDURO KNEE GUARD 2
PROTECTION MASTER, PEDALLING FASTER
Every second can make the difference on the terrain of the Enduro World Series.
An exclusive hybrid structure that combines rigid protectors in ABS to cover the most exposed areas of the knee with Pro Armor soft protectors inspired by natural fractals, to guarantee extreme protection whilst keeping weight to a minimum and offering excellent ventilation and freedom of movement.
The result is a protector that stays close to the body during action, facilitating optimum ventilation and ensuring maximum safety when necessary. Fundamental requirements for delivering ultimate performance and going beyond your limits. Ideal for training and racing.
The history of Dainese began in Molvena, Italy in 1972. Lino Dainese started designing and making protective clothing for bike riders. Taking inspiration from the geometry of medieval armoury and from nature itself, Dainese made technological innovation for protection during sports their true mission. To Dainese, safety means protection, comfort and reliability; factors which, when properly balanced, lead to the creation of highly effective products which meet the requirements of a wide range of customer needs. It was Dainese who conceived the idea of “head-to-toe” protection which combines various clothing components with rider protection, and optimises performance and weight.
