The Brand-X RD-01 is a solid performer, which combines lightness, durability, adaptability and affordability. Equally at home on long winter training rides or daily commutes to the office, the lightweight 6061-T6 alloy frame has been designed with all year riding and commuting in mind.
A UD carbon bladed fork with alloy steerer reduces buzz from rough sections of road, for increased rider comfort. There is ample clearance for mudguards and features eyelets for ease of fitment on the frame and it also features rear pannier rack mounts, which broaden the RD-01's capabilities as an all-rounder for commuting and social riding.
Please Note: The Brand-X RD-01 Road Bike Frameset requires a long reach brake caliper (47mm - 59mm). Shimano R650, Shimano R451, Tektro R317and Tektro R359 calipers are all fully compatible and recommended for use with this frame.

Getting the Right Fit
At Wiggle we measure each of our bikes to build accurate size charts for our customers. Our qualified team of mechanics then individually check each order, against measurements supplied by you, to ensure the size chosen is correct. Another reason you can have complete confidence when buying a bike from Wiggle!
If you are on the change over between sizes both options will fit. Racers and experienced riders would usually select a smaller size as this offers quicker handing. A larger bike offers more stability and is more suited to new and intermediate riders.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.
Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
