Designed for ease of use, this ovalised chainring grants the benefit of making it easier to pedal when your leg is at its maximum power output. It also creates a smoother power balance when your legs are at the weakest point in their rotation. The power going to your rear wheel will be linear, making traction consistent, in turn making it less likely to lose power or spin your wheel on hard climbs by avoiding the dead spot in your pedal rotation.
