CLA is naturally found in some foods such as milk and some meats. The CLA used is a type of omega 3 fatty acid. There have been extensive studies that show CLA may reduce body fat in those that take the supplement. As with all supplements they work best in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet and exercise regime.
Take 1-2 soft gel capsules. For best results, take with a meal. Not to be taken on an empty stomach. Use this product in conjunction with a balanced diet. For use by adults only. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
