Branch Chain Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and the BeElite Branched Amino Acid Tablets contain a blend of three essential amino acids including: L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, plus added Vitamin B6. This perfectly blended mix of amino acids can help improve muscle growth, reduce muscle soreness and reduce exercise fatigue. As with all supplements they work best in conjunction with a healthy balanced diet and exercise regime.
Take 3 tablets per day before training. For best results, take with a meal. Do not chew tablets. Not to be taken on an empty stomach. Use this product in conjunction with a balanced diet. For use by adults only. Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
