The A-Lock Engineering system stabilises the lower section and ensures the seat pad stays exactly where it should. This is complemented by the ergoBox design, two-panels, made from silky smooth and compressive textile, fully wrapping the legs and meeting in the rear. CHRONO RS S9 Seat Insert

Aerodynamic riding positions demand a different design of seat pad, taking into account the different weight distribution and more forward position. The CHRONO RS S9 Seat Insert is that pad. It's been shortened by 3mm to the back and the supportive 9mm thick superAir microShock foam is moved to the front of the insert where you need it most. Elsewhere, three-layer perforated foam reduces bulk and improves breathability - vital for high-intensity cycling. Lastly, the goldenGate system ensures optimal flexibility for smooth and powerful pedalling without restriction.

About the Assos brand

Assos are one of the world's pioneers and specialists in producing high quality cycling clothes and accessories. They are located in a region of Switzerland that has maintained a long standing tradition in first class textile engineering.
