Rated 1 out of 5 by from Questionable sizing Altura seem to have altered their sizes -and with no consistency whatsoever. A few years ago, a M jersey and shorts would have fitted me (I'm 6'2" and between 95-100-kg throughout the year). Now, I would be a L jersey, and bottoms? Well it depends, and there's no pattern to it. I bought some Progel bib shorts in size L last year, and so believed a size L in bib tights would fit the seme. These arrived, and I could not even get them past my ankles. I exchanged them for a size XL, and could not get them beyond my hips without restricting my leg motion. However, in the Repel bib tights I also bought, an XL fits fine (albeit with initial problems getting the elasticated ankles past my foot!). There is no way that I am an XXL! But that is the size I'd have to go to to have any chance of fitting into them. Cannot comment on their performance, other than the retroflective detailing is superb and really packs a punch when the light hits it. Although I've found that reflectives on Altura clothing has a tendency to wash off after a few wears - so probably not worth purchasing if you intend on using them throughout the darker winter months. Quality feels OK for the price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sizing and Quality Over the years I have found Altura kit very good quality. These bib tights let them down. The sizing???? Bought XL (I'm 5' 9", 12st 6lbs + -, average body shape). After a ride the shoulder straps are so tight you can't wait to get them off, sore shoulders and tingly fingers!!!. I don't think the XL would fit a medium rider comfortably. The mesh body webbing is now loose/torn. Could say it was my fault for sticking with them after trying them on, but they are perfect in leg length and I thought I can't be XXL. Body fit 2 to 3 sizes smaller. Why? Still suffering after two hour ride.... Not in the legs, in the shoulders and neck.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value and quality product With the cold weather upon us I needed a pair of tights for the Winter. Having used Progel Bib Shorts I thought I would try these. These are very comfortable and very warm (having ridden a few rides with the temp below 5C. As always a great product at a very reasonable price.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Felt comfortable, split after a handful of rides Disappointed with these because they were comfortable but after a handful of rides the mesh element came away from the seam so I sent them back and credit to Wiggle, they gave me a refund. Need to find some other bib tights now.
