Compressive fabrics boost muscle blood flow to the legs, helping resist fatigue and lactic acid build-up when you commit to intense race pace efforts. A high degree of flexibility also allows for a smooth and powerful pedal stroke. The Leg Comfort System sees an ultra-thin gripper with silicone threads interwoven through the gripper, providing just the right amount of grip and compression. The dye-cut finish provides a smooth transition from short to the skin for the ultimate in comfort. 

The 'Free System Bib' upper focuses in on lightness, breathability and stretch, supporting the shorts without applying too much pressure. A raw cut edge and a layer of elastane inside gives the bib straps a soft touch on the skin and ensures you'll soon forget the bibs are there. Four-needle flatlock stitching throughout completes the shorts in smooth style and eliminates chafing. 

Double Ergo HF Men's Seat Pad

At the heart of the shorts is Ale's highly regarded Double Ergo HF chamois. This seat insert has a Bi-component surface in the front and lateral parts in the groin. The high-density 120 kg foam covers the contact point on the saddle (perinea and ischiatic) but it's reduced in the remaining parts to guarantee the minimum bulk and to ensure breathability is optimised. Lateral shaped wings follow the body, adapting to body movement to give a chafe-free pedal stroke, in or out of the saddle.
