Unwanted Returns

Unwanted Exchange

Items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, like for like for a different size/colour option or an item of a similar value if the original is not available.

Items must be returned in an unused state and in a resaleable condition with original packaging/labels.

If you wish to return unwanted items to us please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and view My Orders.
  2. Find the order that includes the item you want to return and click the ‘Return Item’ button.
  3. Select your reason for return and type of return from the drop down menus. Don’t forget to add any useful notes in the text box provided.
  4. Click the ‘Return Item’ button and follow the instructions on screen to print your returns slip.
  5. Place your printed returns slip inside the box ready to be sent back to us.

There are 4 ways your unwanted item(s) can be sent back to us.

Collect+

Collect+ is a free of charge service available to our UK customers. There are more than 6000 drop off points across the UK that are open from early in the morning to late at night, 7 days a week to make your return as convenient as possible.

If your parcel weighs less than 10kg and has dimensions no greater than 50cm x 50cm x 60cm you will be able to benefit from this service.

All you have to do is:

  1. Affix the Collect+ returns label you received in your original order to the outside of your parcel. If you didn’t receive one please print one here.
  2. Write your original or return order number in the space provided on the label.
  3. Drop your parcel off at your local store, you can find your nearest store by clicking here and entering your postcode.

Doddle

Wiggle has partnered with Doddle to provde free returns on purchases that aren't quite right. You can return any item apart from bikes using this easy service.

To return with Doddle follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Wiggle account and print a returns slip.
  2. Bring your item to your nearest Doddle store. They are open early until late and most stores are open 7 days a week.
  3. They will provide a returns label and you'll receive a receipt with a tracking reference

Direct to us

If you would prefer to return your products direct to us you can do so using the following address:

Please note that in this case we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product). 

We would advise to use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to Wiggle. 

Collection from your address

Here at Wiggle we want to make things as simple as possible which is why we offer a collection service for larger items.

Please contact us with the following details to arrange a collection:

  • Your full name and collection address including postcode
  • Order number and confirmation of which product is coming back to us
  • Your preferred date of collection (Monday to Friday only)
  • A contact number in case the driver needs to get in touch

There is a £20 charge for this collection service that will need to be paid at the time of booking the collection. This fee will be waived if your item is faulty or if you have received the wrong product.

Cancellation Rights

Cancellation Rights

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days, beginning with the day after you have collected/received the Equipment under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel your order within that period by giving written notice to your employer or scheme provider.

For CycleScheme you can do this by:
i) logging into your MyCyclescheme account by clicking the ‘Cancel My Certificate’ button under the ‘MyCertificates’ tab. You can access your MyCyclescheme account at www.cyclescheme.co.uk/login;
ii) emailing info@cyclescheme.co.uk; or
ii) by post to Cyclescheme Ltd, PO Box 3809, Bath, BA1 1WX.

Alternatively, you can send or take written notice of your wish to cancel the agreement to your Employer directly

The Equipment you have received, should not be used and should be keep safe.  (Legal action may be taken against you if you do not take proper care of the Equipment.)

On receiving the cancellation notice from you, the Employer will send you a written request, requiring you to return the Equipment in satisfactory condition to Wiggle within 10 Business Days of the date of the written request.

If a salary reduction has been applied under the agreement by the date you cancel the agreement, the Employer will include the value of the salary reduction made in your gross salary, at a future date your salary is due to be paid.

Please note that we can only issue refunds for Cycle to Work purchases via Wiggle vouchers regardless of any top up payments made using an alternative payment method in addition to your certificate value.

Faulty Returns

Faulty Returns

Faulty items sent back to us will undergo a warranty inspection. It may also be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed.

Please note - we are only able to offer exchanges on Cycle to Work orders.

To return a faulty item to us please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Log in to your account and view My Orders.
  2. Find the order that includes the item you want to return and click the ‘Return Item’ button.
  3. Select your reason for return and type of return from the drop down menus. Don’t forget to add a brief description of the fault to help with the warranty inspection.
  4. Click the ‘Return Item’ button and follow the instructions on screen to print your returns slip.
  5. Place your printed returns slip inside the box ready to be sent back to us.
