We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.

This served me well on the Way of the Roses coast to coast ride, but when packing for my next trip I saw that a seam had split - so no longer waterproof! It's a large bag, a size ideal for touring. It's a soft and can sag to one side or the other of the top tube - not a major problem, but irritating if it catches your knees.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good bag with a couple of little niggles. Nicely constructed top tube bag. Looks to be very waterproof though yet to be tested. Zip looks like it will resist water ingress. Niggle one - the zip garage is a very close fit and hard to get the zipper into on the move. The top tube straps fit through a ladder so you can select how you position them. One strap has a loop so it doubles back to velcro tightly. However the second strap doesn't have the loop. This hasn't stopped a secure fit but less so than the other strap. In addition this unlooped strap is 30mm too long on my bike which has a substantial TT. This means the excess sticks out. Luckily it's the loop part of the velcro so not snagging on shorts. Staying with straps, the head tube one is again too long. Seems pointless as it fits around the steerer tube which irrespective of make and model, is the same size on all modern bikes unlike the actual frame head tube. Finally,inside the bag, there are two neon yellow dividers which make seeing inside the bag easier and though narrow will take a gel, keys etc and keep separate from the main compartment. Final niggle. The floor of the main compartment is padded so deadens rattles and prevents anything hard in the bag banging on the Top Tube - a consideration on light carbon frames. However the floor rucks up. I have tried pulling the straps apart to stretch the bag, though it doesn't appear to be sitting awkwardly, with no effect. My only conclusion is the floor liner is longer than the bag itself. So a good bag with niggles. Altura need to take more time at the design stage imho.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap and flimsy... It looks nice enough, but compared to Apidura, the material is very thin and the frame attachment straps are plain velcro and not rubberised. Presumably, it will bulge and move about when fully stuffed with goodies.

Dimensions

My bag arrived today and it's dimensions are more like 6cm wide 10cm tall and 24 cm long - the dimension stated in the Q&A section said it was 40cm long - is this a mistake? Or in reference to another bag, or simply the packaging it comes in?

Dimensions

Please can you confirm the outer dimension of this bag. How securely will this it arounf a round top tube? I've found that other bags seem to roll around the tube quite easily and are not that stable even when attached to the head tube. Is the head tube strap moveable up and down the height of the bag of fixed at the top?

The dimensions for this can be found below: 43 x 20 x 5cm The head tube strap is fixed to the bag meaning so long the adjustment straps are strapped on tightly then this will not have movement.
